Gulab Jamun is perhaps the most beloved Indian dessert, and at Lovely Sweets, we prepare it the traditional way using khoya (reduced milk) mixed with a touch of flour and semolina. These are shaped into smooth balls and deep-fried in ghee until they turn a beautiful golden brown, achieving that perfect texture - soft and spongy on the inside.
